A QUIET PLACE TO LAND

After a long journey from home, St. Jude’s was exactly what I needed: quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and welcoming.

Located in Lower Salthill, the house sits behind a stone wall and gated entrance, with a gravel drive and plenty of private parking. Inside, everything felt thoughtfully cared for.
Â
There was a cozy sitting room, tea and coffee waiting downstairs, little treats throughout the day, and a beautiful garden at the back with tables and benches where I could sit quietly for a while.

My room was small, but it felt wonderfully light and airy. When the door opened, the window was already open to the garden, and fresh air filled the room. The bed was soft and comfortable, there were extra blankets, plenty of outlets, a little writing area, and everything I needed.
Â
That first night I was fighting jet lag, and rain came softly during the night. With the window cracked open and the rain outside, I slept beautifully.
