Westport was one of those places where I was happy to wander without much of a plan.

I spent time meandering through the colorful Georgian streets, popping in and out of little shops, and taking in the cheerful buildings and the gentle breeze that seemed to follow me around the square.

There were friendly faces everywhere, people going about their day, and the occasional dog or other four-legged companion making the streets feel even more welcoming.
 

I loved how Westport felt both lively and unhurried.

Every turn offered another splash of color, another little detail to notice, and another reason to keep walking.
 

When I found this bright yellow tweed wool, with its tiny flecks of purple, red, blue, and green, I knew it belonged to that memory.

I paired it with a whimsical floral lining and a firm base to give the bag a little structure of its own.
